Nothing but Fraud!
I ordered a Galaxy S8 that was advertised as "new open box". The phone I received was obviously well used and broken. They ignored my requests for a return label so I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Finally, 6 weeks later, they issued a return label. Now I received an email back saying they received my return and will be charging a 15% restocking fee. So they actually have the nerve to try and charge me $45 to return a phone that was falsely advertised!

Extremely unhappy customer!!!
Ordered the LG tone 1100. Received it in a timely manner. Product was damaged when received. Button was broke and casing is scratched and falling apart. Submitted for an rma to return and they requested photos. Submitted photos and never heard from them again. Attempted to contact them through my account, email and phone. No answers from any of them. It's been 2 weeks and I have nothing for the $90 I paid with shipping costs included. Will never order from them again!

Worst service
One of the worst service ever seen. I have no clue on iPhone order placed 20 days back. Many tickets raised, no response yet. I have to raise dispute with credit card and block the amount. Secondly, the adapter n charger given for other iPhone is very poor. No proper response for the ticket raised.

Answered phone calls and extremely unprofessionalism
Ordered phone on 12/23 called to cancel 3 hours later voicemail full. They never pick up. Phone number displayed is only warehouse number. Put in numerous tickets to cancel and return item their responses are far in between asking same question name, phone number and address to identity purchase. Now I am in dispute with them with my bank and extremely disappointed that they get away with such extremely poor services . So sad.

It has been 1 week and I have not gotten no email if it has been shipped, when is it coming? Also, every time i try tracking the device it says the tracking number is wrong whats up with that!

They are the worst
I wish I did a review search before ordering form these clowns. They took my money and two weeks later, no return call, no merchandise update and no return email. My credit card company cannot do anything until 30 days have passed for the charges to clear since N1 did not accept the fee I sent them. The only way to clear the charge is to change my card number, which I do not want to do since I have a lot of transactions that automatically flow through that number... I'm so frustrated with these people...

144706. N1 Wireless not responding
On 1-14-19 I contacted them by email to let them know my charger was not charging my iPad. They never responded to 2 emails & you can’t talk to anyone when you call. I paid for a 2 year warranty as well.
